CD/DVD Replication

 Step 1

Replication is the process where CDs are pressed from a specially prepared glass master, guaranteeing great commercial quality, and excellent prices for large quantities. Before preparation of the glass master, your CD master will be fully analysed to ensure minimum drop-outs and maximum readability

Step 2

On-CD printing completes the manufacture of the CD. Specially designed screen or offset printers are chosen to give you the best printing result, with extreme accuracy and registrations, and deep and accurate colour match.

Step 3

Printed paper parts (CD or DVD case inserts/slicks and tray cards) are produced in full colour to suit your packaging requirements

  • Standard CD case
  • Slimline CD case
  • DVD Case
  • CD soft mailer
  • Vinyl sleeves
  • Cardboard sleeves
  • 2 to 24 page booklets

Want to see more of your packaging option? View our CD & DVD Packaging Presentation Folders page.

Step 4

Turnaround time is 8 to 10 working days from receipt of artwork and master discs.

To proceed with the production of your CDs, you need to supply

1. A digital replicating/duplicating master, preferably a clean, high quality CD (What you supply is what will be reproduced)

2. A CD master of artwork for on-CD print (see specifications below for more information)

3. A CD master of artwork for printed parts (slicks/inserts) see specifications and Helpful hints below)
