1
Replication is the process
where CDs are pressed from a specially prepared
glass master, guaranteeing great commercial quality,
and excellent prices for large quantities. Before
preparation of the glass master, your CD master will
be fully analysed to ensure minimum drop-outs and
maximum readability |
Step 2
On-CD printing completes the
manufacture of the CD. Specially designed screen or
offset printers are chosen to give you the best
printing result, with extreme accuracy and
registrations, and deep and accurate colour match. |

Step 3
Printed paper parts (CD or DVD case inserts/slicks and tray
cards) are produced in full colour to suit your
packaging requirements

Step 4
Turnaround time is 8 to 10 working days from receipt
of artwork and master discs.
To proceed with the production of your CDs, you need
to supply
1. A digital replicating/duplicating master,
preferably a clean, high quality CD (What you supply
is what will be reproduced)
2. A CD master of artwork for on-CD print (see
specifications below for more information)
3. A CD master of artwork for printed parts
(slicks/inserts) see specifications and Helpful
hints below)
